Multitasking is a great skill set. Obviously when you have a lot of items to complete picking which one can be a difficult task. What you need to do is see which tasks have deadlines. Then among those deadlines give an estimate of how long each task will take to complete. List those tasks on paper or digitally. Then put those tasks in order. For tasks without a deadline list all your tasks to complete the project. When your list is complete you need to see which items need to be complete first and then prioritize. If you are a sole owner and you have dollars from the projects then the ones without deadlines may be ordered differently for cash flow purposes.
