I use Akruto to sync my Ourlook and it works flawlessly. Here’s their official video tutorial http://www.akruto.com/sync-iphone-with-outlook/
It can fully replace iTunes in case of syncing Outlook data including notes but there’s no syncing over USB, wi-fi only.
