When starting a business you will encounter many issues. Having funds is a big issue. Moving just to move makes no sense. Sometimes being in a location where there are many like minded e.g. Silicon Valley for technology because the talent pool. Taxes are a big issue too. At the end of the day locate your business where it’s convenient-you can get friends and family to help as time is valuable in an area where talent is priced sufficiently to the product or service you are selling. University’s can be good resources too. Without knowing your product or service it’s difficult
