XML code, a formal recommendation from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), is similar to Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). Both XML and HTML contain markup symbols to describe page or file contents. HTML code describes Web page content (mainly text and graphic images) only in terms of how it is to be displayed and interacted with.

XML data is known as self-describing or self-defining, meaning that the structure of the data is embedded with the data, thus when the data arrives there is no need to pre-build the structure to store the data; it is dynamically understood within the XML. The XML format can be used by any individual or group of individuals or companies that want to share information in a consistent way. XML is actually a simpler and easier-to-use subset of the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), which is the standard to create a document structure.

The basic building block of an XML document is an element, defined by tags. An element has a beginning and an ending tag. All elements in an XML document are contained in an outermost element known as the root element. XML can also support nested elements, or elements within elements. This ability allows XML to support hierarchical structures. Element names describe the content of the element, and the structure describes the relationship between the elements.

I think that it is important to note that Apple is currently the largest company in the world. They have estimated billions in liquidity. They have changed the technology industry and now dominate it. They are able to ignore public opinion and profit off of proprietary hardware that is sold as an inconvenience. They have single-handedly made CDs and Auxilary cords obsolete with the release certain products. The original Macbook Air ended CDs and the iPhone 7 killed the auxilary cord wit the release of lighting only modification.

If any company would be argued to be reviewed it should be google.

But here is why i disagree that google should be investigated. I believe that Apple has increased the quality of life for many.

It would be helpful to see the partnership agreement. Did you both hire the attorney or did one of you pay for the attorney? A standard partnership agreement would protect you. Are you each equal partners or does he or she own more then 1/2 the business. Typically you would have a say if the business was sold especially if you were a 50% or more owner. Even with less then such share your partner has a fiduciary duty= a special relationship with you that’s a higher standard. We presume this is a general partnership. In a limited partnership one partner can make decisions over the limited partners which is why we need to see the partnership agreement. If the business was sold then we should determine the price sold, the assets and debts of the business. If there were any proceeds generally you would receive your ownership interest in the partnership.

This is an opinion. The facts are that Microsoft was engaged in a long lawsuit with the USA over anti-trust issues. I believe it was 10 years or more before a settlement was approved. Google too has been attacked under anti-trust laws. Companies like google, Microsoft and others contribute jobs to many people and make society more efficient. These companies became dominant when they created their own ecosystems and highly successful products. Innovation continues though their are many big companies out their. So long as innovation continues their is no need -but this is a personal opinion in response to a personal question. The Courts have and will continue to step in when laws are violated especially anti-trust laws.

A non-profit is only if you have no intention of making money and want are benevolent. You can have a salary and earn some funds but the purpose of a non-profit is to assist or help others and not for profit. The area is highly regulated and not a good way to have an entity. For software licensing please understand that the State you are conducting business is a factor. CA used to have a tax based upon gross sales so if you had $5 million in sales then you would have to pay $5,000 even if you lost money. If its one person then usually a corporation would be best depending on the State you reside and will conduct business. Most ral estate is in the form of an LLC. .If you want to sell the company a C Corporation is typically the best approach. There is no correct answer but an LLC or S corporation typically is best.

The best answer would be all of the above. If you have an established relationship then you can get someone to buy your product based upon knowing you rather then the specific product. By knowing someone the sale will close faster because you can get right to the transaction. Price is less important when you know the person. Knowing the person makes the chance to get another transaction more likely and the selling process will be shorter. If these are your only options then b and e are too similar to be correct. A would be a concern if the person wants quality goods above all and d would be a concern if price is an issue.

You should know the rent, whether their are other amounts due beyond rent like coffee, conference room, copy, scanning, mailing etc. You should find out the cost of internet and telephone so you understand the total cost. Depending upon the location you probably will be renting a completed office but you may be renting a space that will include a buildout and you should know those costs and time to be ready. Also who pays rent during this time. What is the parking fee? Do you need insurance and what amounts? Ideally speaking to current tenants is a good way to see how the space is managed. Always have the lease reviewed by an attorney if possible. Determine if you will be personally guaranteeing lease performance. If you are subleasing then find out when the underlying lease expires. Review the termination section as well. This is a good start.

If you are Canadian and own real estate in the United States then you must file a tx return with the IRS for you capital gain. You must also file in Canada for the capital gain. Any monies paid to the United States would be considered a foreign tax credit. If you paid $10,000.00 in the USA then you would receive a foreign tax credit in Canada for the amount you paid the IRS. Canada’s capital gain is calculated by taking 50% of the profit and then paying your Canadian marginal tax rate. The United States does not reduce the profit but has a lower capital gain rate.
